Mr. Varma also has proven leadership managing and delivering project oversight. He has extensive experience in due diligence activities and auditing of projects. At EB-5 Safety, Mr. Varma leads the North American Diligence Initiatives to help EB-5 Developers and Regional Centers achieve a sense of trust and security through independent third party verification and reporting.
Sat Varma is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelors and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
EB-5 attorney Shahzad Qadri is a partner at Wong Fleming P.C., where he focuses his practice on immigration, business, commercial, and international law, with a concentration on EB-5 Regional Centers.Before going into private practice, attorney Qadri worked in Seattle at the prosecutor's office in King County as a deputy prosecuting attorney. As Impact DataSource's lead EB-5 economist, Michael Kester has been in charge of a team that has prepared more than 60 comprehensive EB-5 economic impact analyses and analyzed more than 1,000 project sites for targeted employment area (TEA) eligibility. Michael has conducted EB-5-specific economic analyses of various project types, including hotels, assisted living facilities, multi- and single-family developments, mixed-use developments, oil and gas projects, and manufacturing firms.
